This is a key role within the Investor Relations function, supporting the delivery of the group’s IR strategy and playing a critical role in shaping the company’s external messaging and market positioning. The role reports to the Head of Investor Relations. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of the Investor Relations strategy, maintaining strong relationships with the investment community Co-lead the preparation of half-year and full-year results materials, including presentations, scripts and supporting analysis Assist in the preparation of Annual Report, AGM materials and ASX announcements Develop clear and compelling equity narratives around financial performance, strategy and outlook Engage with sell-side analysts and support interactions with buy-side investors Monitor shareholder register, investor sentiment, broker research and share price performance Provide insights and reporting to senior management and Board to support strategic decision-making Key Requirements: Minimum 7 years’ experience within Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and valuation drivers Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing market-facing materials Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to engage senior executives and external investors Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment This presents as a rare opportunity to work within a respected ASX 100 listed company within a great team and culture.
